Mendr is a digital mental health and emotional wellbeing application designed to support individuals recovering from breakups and relationship endings. We provide personalized content, tracking tools, and AI-powered insights to support your healing journey.

Mendr is NOT a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mendr. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Mendr uses artificial intelligence to analyze your entries and provide personalized insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may not always be perfect. You should use AI-generated insights as guidance, not as definitive diagnoses or instructions.
Our system attempts to detect crisis signals in your entries and will show crisis resources when appropriate. However, this feature is not foolproof. Do not rely solely on Mendr to detect when you need help. If you are in crisis, seek immediate professional assistance.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create (journal entries, goals, etc.). By using Mendr, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store your content to provide our services.
Our Content: All exercises, insights, educational content, and app features are owned by Mendr and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
During onboarding, you may opt in to contribute anonymized, aggregated data to psychological research. This helps improve understanding of heartbreak and healing. Your personal identity and specific entries are never shared—only high-level patterns. You can opt out at any time in Settings.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. You can manage your subscription in Settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mendr and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We provide the app "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You may terminate your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
